Beef Tallow: Distinctively fits to our skin’s cellular biology containing vitamins A, D, K, E, and B12. Tallow is also unique because of the important acids within; Conjugated linoleic acid has anti-inflammatory properties- Omega 7 fatty acids are our skin’s basic building block- Omega 9 fatty acid which holds a nutrient called oleic acid that penetrates deeply into the skin in order to be absorbed more readily-Palmitic acid helps improve the skin’s barrier function-Stearic acid improves skin’s flexibility and aids in the repair of damaged skin leaving a more youthful appearance.
Cocoa Butter: Cocoa butter is high in fatty acids which hydrates and nourishes the skin to improve elasticity. The fat in cocoa butter forms a protective barrier over skin to hold in moisture.
Coconut OIl: Acts as an emollient, the way coconut oil moisturizes by sitting on the surface and catching the already existing moisture. Coconut oil is used in this product to lock in the benefits of tallow and cocoa butter. Coconut oil also holds anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties.
Beach Rose + Chamomile: Containing vitamins A & C, anit-oxidants, and powerful polyphenols to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while lightening the skin of blemish and redness. The wild roses within are hand harvested and as the petals are picked there is an aromatic dusting that occurs where the flower releases its pollen’s divinity into the air. The roses are gathered with an intentional technique where the harvester catches the divine dust on the petals instead of allowing that medicinal dust to release into the air.
Calendula: The herb of the skin gods, calendula provides hydration and firmness while repairing wounds, preventing infection, and growing stronger new tissue.
Marshmallow Root: This herb’s special capabilities are in it’s polysaccharide constituent which produces a mucilage that coats for coolness and redness reduction. It soothes and has a smoothing effect which curbs the effect of sun damage and prevents premature skin age.
Aloe Vera: Long known to protect the integrity of skin’s surface, aloe vera provides elasticity and deep coolness to relieve irritation, redness, and heal burns.
